"Between March and September 2009 Andy Williment completed a major refurbishment of our 100-year old Mt Eden transitional bungalow. Work included:

·removing the original scrim and installing gib board throughout the house

·removing walls and fireplaces

·stripping and sanding the original rimu woodwork around our doors and windows

·remodelling the kitchen and dining area

·putting in two new bathrooms

·installing double cavity sliders in the hallway

·rebuilding the front steps

·exterior repair work

Andy quickly grasped the nuances of our architectural vision. The fabulous results are testament to his carpentry skills, his eye for detail, and his meticulous finishing.

Andy is a good project manager. The refurbishment kept to time and budget. He quickly alerted us of any unforeseen issues and provided a range of solutions including sourcing and costing different materials.
